Whenever you provide personal information we endeavour to make sure that it is kept safe and secure in accordance with the current legislation of the Data Protection Act.
2.5 Cancellation – Any order cancelled prior to dispatch may incur a £7.99 admin charge.

2.7 Mistakes – All orders will be printed using the details entered by the customer on the order. Customer’s are reminded via the checklist prompt to double check and ensure all content / spelling / grammar is correct before placing their order. If the order is received and the customer says there is a mistake then we will only arrange for replacements to be sent if the delivered prints are different to the order. If the prints match the customer’s design then we cannot be responsible for the error. We will work with the customer to print replacements at a reduced price if it is their error.
